April 25: Shangri-La Development Bank has proposed to distribute 2.5 percent bonus share and 9.30 percent cash dividend. A meeting of the board of directors of the bank on April 23 took such decision.

The bank has proposed to distribute the cash dividend retained from the paid-up capital after the issuance of right share in 10:8 ratio.

The shareholder will receive the dividend after the proposal is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and annual general meeting of Shangri-La Bank.
