Siddhartha Bank’s Bonus Share Approved by 16th AGM

March 20: Siddhartha Bank Limited successfully conducted its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 18. This AGM has approved to distribute 14 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital of Rs 6,826,117,155 which amounts to Rs 955,656,402 to its shareholders. The bank issued 10 percent right shares to its shareholders till March 20. The bank's paid-up capital will surge to Rs 8.46 billion after the adjustment of 10 percent right shares and 14 percent bonus shares.

Currently the bank has been providing services across the country through 100 branches (including three extension counters), 99 branchless banking locations, 107 ATMs and 687 POS machines.

As per the unaudited financial report of the current fiscal year 2074/75, the bank has recorded net profit of 1.13 billion, a deposit portfolio of Rs 87.57 billion and a loan portfolio of Rs 79.29 billion.
