December 5: Shangrila Development Bank organised a one-day microfinance training program for its micro-finance department staff. Jhalendra Bhattarai and the bank’s credit head Nirmal Kumar Shrestha provided the training that was organized a week back. Besides the training, the bank’s CEO Rajendra Prasad Paudel and Assistant CEO Dinesh Thakali discussed about the bank’s present condition and future strategies. Altogether 13 staff participated in the training.
