November 17: Gandaki Bikas Bank has opened a branch at Biratnagar, Morang. Biratnagar’s Mayor Bhim Parajuli inaugurated the branch amid a function on Thursday, November 16. The bank’s chairman Janak Bahadur Gurung said that the bank added a branch in Biratnagar as per its policy to extend its services to places lacking financial service.  The bank’s deputy CEO Chabindra Sharma shed light on the bank’s financial status, services and other activities during the programme.
