July 24: NIBL Capital has been appointed as the issue manager of Om Development Bank. NIBL has been appointed for the issuance of rights shares of the bank.
CEO Bishwo Mohan Adhikari of Om Development Bank and General Manager Mekh Bahadur Thapa of NIBL Capital signed an agreement in this regard. NIBL Capital will be responsible for the entire activity related to issuance of 10:3 ratios of right shares of Om.
