September 27: Rural Microfinance Development Centre (RMDC) has appointed NCM Merchant as its share registrar. Jyoti Chandra Ojha, Cheif Executive Officer of RMDC and Bijay Lal Shrestha, Managing Director of NCM signed the agreement amid a program on September 26. As per the agreement, the overall tasks related with shares of RMDC will be conducted by NCM Merchant.
