June 24: Siddhartha Bank Limited has appointed Laxmi Capita Marketing Limited as its issue manager. The agreement has been made as the bank plans to issue right shares in the ratio of 4:1. Rajib Sapkota, CEO of Siddhartha Bank and Jhola Nath Dhungana, Secretary of Laxmi Capital signed on the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions on June 22.
