Hotel Yak & Yeti Reopens Spice Room Restaurant

October 7: Hotel Yak and Yeti has reopened its Indian restaurant outlet, Spice Room, on the hotel premises.

“We gladly announced that we are ready to safely welcome guests to dine at our Indian Fine Dining Restaurant, Spice Room,” the five-star hotel wrote in a press statement.

The hotel is operating the restaurant between 1700 hours and 2200 hours every day.

“The health and safety of our guests and associates will always be our top-most priority. We have fully embraced the notion that our restaurants and hotel operation standards need to change with regards to the current situation,” the statement adds.

Over the past few months, Hotel Yak and Yeti team has invested the requisite time and effort to adopt rigorously procedures and redefine cleanliness standards as the hotel re-opens its doors and step into the new normal.

The hotel has been adopting European standard disinfectants approved by the WHO and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) during its routine cleaning of all hotel areas to ensure public safety.

Likewise, the administration also has been adopting contact tracing and temperature screening process of both guests and associates before entering hotel premises.

Additionally, wearing a mask at public spaces has been made mandatory for all guests and associates within the hotel premises.

“Food & Beverage Safety Guidelines are adopted to ensure health and hygiene standard is maintained from procurement of raw materials, to receiving of procured goods, to preparation, to guest service, and sanitization of outlets and kitchen areas. Likewise, spaced table seating and thorough cleaning between seating is maintained in our dining areas,” the statement reads.
