October 3: Ncell has launched unlimited roaming data pack in three new international destinations on the occasion of Dasain. Ncell said in a statement that it has included Qatar, the UAE and the USA in its list for the service which will allow its customers to enjoy data packs at an affordable rate in these countries effective from October 3.

The roaming data pack is now available for Ncell prepaid and postpaid customers travelling to India, Malaysia, the USA, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Indonesia.

Through this data pack, customers can use unlimited data at just Rs 100 per day (Rs 127.69 including taxes) and remain connected.

To take the benefit from this service, customers can simply activate the roaming package for free prior to leaving Nepal. For roaming activation, they can dial *17129# and follow the instructions. After activation of the roaming service, customers can buy the data pack by dialing *17129#.

Ncell said it believes this service will ensure availability of data at an affordable rate to its customers while roaming and helps to remain connected with their friends and families when on the move. 
Once customers activate the data pack, it will be automatically be renewed every mid-night as per the Nepal Standard Time. The charge of data pack will be applied only when customers use data. In other words, charge will not apply, if data is not used.

According to Ncell, this data pack can be activated prior to leaving Nepal or after reaching the destination country. To activate the pack after reaching the destination, roaming service must be activated prior to leaving Nepal.
