September 23: Vikas Dugar, managing director of KL Dugar Group, will be conferred with the  title of ‘Prabal Janasewa Shree’ by President Bidya Devi Bhandari. According to the group, the announcement was made by the government during the Constitution Day on September 20.

“This honor will be presented to the energetic young industrialist and social worker Vikas Dugar to appreciate his contribution to the nation’s industrial and business sector,” reads a statement issued by KL Dugar Group.
