Huawei Assures its Users 100 Percent Refund on its Products

June 24: Amid growing concerns over access to different Google applications, the distributor of Huawei smartphones in Nepal has assured its customers of a full money-back guarantee if the applications fail to work on Huawei phones and tablets.

According to Call Mobility Pvt Ltd, this guarantee clearly shows that Huawei smartphone users are able to access the Google apps like Gmail, Google Play, Google Maps, YouTube, Chrome and other non-Google applications like Facebook, Twitter, Viber, Instagram and many more.

Issuing a press statement, the company said this is a reassurance to the pacify the Huawei smartphone users amid fears that their phones will be cut off from Google, the maker of the Android operating system that powers Huawei's devices.

Huawei claimed that it is the largest manufacturer of telecommunications equipment in the world, and the second-largest maker of smartphones globally, only behind Samsung.

According to the company, this refund service is applicable for Huawei smartphones and tablets which were sold from Huawei’s authorized partners.
