May 13: Everest Bank has launched a home loan scheme targeting the middle class and lower-middle class families. According to the bank, the scheme comes with an equated monthly installment (EMI) as low as Rs 9,599. The scheme has been launched with the tagline “When the bank’s EMI is lower than the house rent then it’s better to pay bank’s EMI than the rent”.
The bank said in a statement that the campaign has been launched with a special discount of 25 per cent on service charge with a loan term of 25 years.
The bank has urged everyone to utilize the campaign and fulfill the dream of having their own house.
Everest Bank said it currently has a customer base of over 1 million people and is providing banking services through its network of 94 branches, 28 revenue collection counters, and 116 ATMs across the country.
